T-TEAM are running out of options in their goal scoring department.
Except for striker Haris Safwan Mohd Kamal who has scored three times in the league and once in the FA Cup, the rest of the forwards are going through a dry spell.
Former Kuala Lumpur frontman Abdul Hadi Yahya, who joined the Kuala Terengganu Football Association late last year, has yet to open accounts and coach Che Ku Marzuki Che Ku Mohd Noor is beginning to worry.
The coach admitted he is at his wits’ end, trying to figure out the best strikeforce combination after watching his strikers miss numerous scoring chances in the 1-0 home win over Shahzan Muda on Tuesday.
However, he is confident that his strikers will find their missing scoring boots sooner or later.
“Something is bound to happen and I am willing to try out new combinations with players such as Ismail Faruqi, Rosdi Talib, Shamsul Kamal Mohamad, Shazlan Alias and Norhisham Hassan.”

T-Team have a slender lead to protect in the FA Cup first round return leg against Shahzan Muda in Kuantan today but the coach predicts his team will squeeze through.
“I know I should not say this but the Shahzan Muda game is the easy one as we will have to face Perak or Perlis next if we would be so lucky, judging by our barren goal scoring spell. I have also told the players not to even think about the plot of land reward that was promised by the management should they somehow manage to reach the FA Cup final.”
